Hi all,
To cover the basic information about me, here I go. I am a Mother of four adult children ranging in ages, 26, 25, 22, 19. We have recently moved to Cape Girardeau for my husbands job transfer. I decided to go back to school to get my bachelors degree then go in to get my masters degree. This is not my first rodeo with classes, but my first rodeo with online classes. Please be understanding as my computer skills are low.
As for this class...I cant wait! I love to write! I hope to learn more from this class and continue to take other classes like this one to improve my writing and comunication skills.
Cyndy, I sympathize with your anxiety about technology. When I began my distance learning PhD program, I was more than a little anxious! Please continue to use me as a resource, but also know that you can contact SEMO's Office of Instructional Technology, SEMO's IT Help Desk, or even Google Help if you need technical assistance.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Cape Girardeau Cyndy!! It is a pretty quite town for the most part. we offer First Friday each month. On the first Friday the art galleries downtown open their doors for the public to coming and enjoy the exhibits. I believe some galleries have a reception area and give everyone a chance to mingle. There are also a lot of antique shops downtown, if you enjoy either of those things.
